A survey by Public Policy Polling suggests that only 28 percent of Ohioans favor the elevation of U.S. Rep. John Boehner to speaker of the House should the GOP regain control of the lower chamber in the November election. And the finding is being used by some to begin a push for someone other than Mr. Boehner to lead the conservative revival. Let the jockeying begin.
